Andrea doesn't turn, though a part of her wants to. Instead, she takes a few careful steps back until she can see who Raylan's talking to out of the corner of her eye and she doesn't have to move her crossbow much to do it. She doesn't like this much, but she's not about to cut and run, though she also isn't sure what her next move should be.

In that moment, she really misses her gun.
